Buying digital assets on our on-ramp fiat channel is very simple. After registering a RightBTC account and binding “Google Authentication” or “SMS Verification” to complete the trader authentication process, you can start buying the digital assets you want.

1. Please do not add remarks such as“RightBTC, BTC, USDT, and other digital assets and trading platforms.”to your transaction.

2. Be sure to use your name for payment, otherwise the merchant will not complete the purchase and will refund the payment.

3. Please do not mark the payment as complete before paying, system will freeze your account if there is malicious behavior detected.

The RightBTC platform calculates the most suitable price for traders to purchase based on the market prices of various large trading platforms.

Both buyer and seller must complete KYC2 authentication and above.

Daily trading limit is 500,000 CNY, there is no limit on the total cumulative trading amount.

Under normal circumstances, the purchased amount can be reached within 30 minutes. If the account is not reached after the timeout, there may be a problem with the network or the banking system. Please be patient. If it does not arrive within 24 hours, please provide the relevant transaction details to our official customer service.

Only one order is allowed for orders in progress of similar transaction type (transactions are divided into two types: buy and sell), new orders cannot be opened before the end of a transaction, and a single account can cancel up to 3 orders per day, after this number, you will be prohibited from trading on that day.
